While I wasn’t home when the window was installed, my son was. I called late on Saturday, they were happy to come the next day. I sent through a photo of the window/door and he called back and gave me advice on how to keep the glass contained if it did fall out of the door. My son said the installer was lovely. He also beat the quotes from the larger companies.

Good advice is priceless and seldom free! Wayne, thank you for yours which I have no doubt has saved us much unnecessary costs in the future. A severe crack appeared in a large living room window for no apparent reason. We called Wayne to help us replace the damaged pane, but he found the window frame had become unsound. More than likely to cause similar damage to replacement glass. This issue was not obvious to me (the untrained), but Wayne showed me where the window frame was losing integrity and it turns out the entire window assembly will need to be replaced. In the interim Wayne has taped the window for our safety. I feel quite fortunate as I truly believe someone with lesser experience may have just replaced the glass. On this occasion we weren't able to do business with Wayne, but a great customer experience nevertheless! Highly recommend, thanks again Glass Guru.Rob & Lin
